1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing solobuild.site or downloading applications published by SOLO Build on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Permitted Use
Applications and website content are provided for personal, lawful, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to compromise security features or device limits built into the applications.
3. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, graphical assets, and documentation published by SOLO Build are the intellectual property of SOLO Build and protected under copyright laws.
4. Virtual In-App Rewards
Any points, badges, coins, or virtual rewards earned inside our applications (such as in Questeroo) have no cash, commercial, or real-world monetary value. They are motivational tools for household and family task management.
5. Limitation of Liability
All services and apps provided by SOLO Build are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOLO Build shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
